Quite a few entries in this category should have been in the Sports or General News category as they covered more events related situations rather than a narrative story. These entries would have place in their appropriate category. "The Bay That Never Sleeps" caught our eye for doing such a wonderful job of visually presenting a sense of place, effectively using a variety of angles, color and lighting that told the story well. "Lindsay Sachs" didn't have the visual variety we would like to see but easily earned the second place spot for this category. Third place "Howdy's Homeless Helpers is nicely done.
