A handful of photographers with solid portraits did not follow the rules and guidelines and, unfortunately, had to be eliminated. 1st place: The symmetry in this image is great - everything from their outfits, flags, glasses and smiles. 2nd place: This image is nicely lit and the caption really seals the story’s package.
