Judges Comments

First place was a nice job of looking at the aftermath of fire for different storytelling elements without being redundant. Second place rollover photo lines up well. Third place fire photo was one of three fully-involved entries from the same fire (captions all have the same address). We went with one that added some depth to the image, but could have gone with the silhouette as well. Either this was two different photographers side-by-side or the one photographer that was having having a hard time deciding as well! It's an impressive fire photo no matter which frame you pick.
