Judges Comments

Most, if not all, of the entries in this category were not stories or essays. They were simply a collection of images from general news events. We wanted to place three spots but it was hard. First place was nicely shot. We would have liked to see some sort of storyline. We liked the colors but would have liked to see some more creative lensing. Second place, again, a collections of images from a sporting event with no story, made us giggle. The first image was hilarious but most of the images were redundant. Third place offered us some creative shots. The photographer did a great job lensing and not being redundant.
