First place ties all the elements together in a tough lighting situation. The illumination on the yellow markers drove this one solidly. Second place is a "Where's Waldo" of photos in a good way where the viewer can explore all the elements of the chaotic scene unfolding. Way to be on that 700mm lens work. This was tough access but the photog made it work. Third place is a quirky unfortunate slice of life with a sound composition.
