First place had the most genuine “found moment” and used the whole frame most effectively. The gesture between the two helps create some circular eye movement. Second place was a simple, yet beautiful frame that was a quick read for us. We felt cropping out the flare above the sun and hand at the far right would have made for a better-used frame. Third place was a quirky find that made us wanted to know what was going on – which speaks well for the photo.
