Judges Comments
Once again, first place won by a mile. The Army/Navy essay is gorgeous. Perfect use of black and white and plenty of emotion! 2nd place is a bit uneven but some strong portraiture carried it. Third place is awarded for effort. The photographer worked hard and came back with a handful of beautiful images.
