Second place: So much emotion as the story is happening.The strong caption helped this entry also, but could have used a slightly tighter crop. Third place: Chaotic scene with a clean background. The caption gave a lot of traffic information but neglected to identify the person driving the truck in the photo, which made us want to know more.
