Judges Comments

For first place in the general news category, judges liked the color,emotion and different focal lengths of the images. Second place had some nice moments, but we do think it could have had a tighter edit.For third place we really liked the color, light and interesting perspective of the image. The plane taking off in the background tied the photo together. Some photos in the general news category were strong, but would have fit better in the feature category.
