Technically only 8 photo in this category...for the whole region??!! Doesn't anyone cover spot news anymore? We had a hard time picking a third place. First place was a peak, in the moment and in your face shot. Way to be ready! Second place was helped by composition and we applaud the vision to see this angle and third place used a little body language to help tell the story.
