1st: Stood out hands down above the rest. The color, composition and clarity of the image all came together for this one. 2nd: "I'd rather be lucky then good" comes to mind having the horizon line match up with the guys face perfectly. Wish the photographer had gotten an identification. 3rd: An engaging photo with striking composition. The photographer made a great photo out of an oft mundane assignment.
