Very creative to shoot tight and capture the children's expressions. 2nd Place: This one picture captured the story of Election Night in the faces of the Trump supporters. The low angle and range of expressions made this photo stand out from the rest. 3rd Place: This was another strong two photo submission from a routine press conference event. The humorous moment of the new police chief and stern expression of the chief stepping down was very nice.
