Judges Comments

First place is definitely the stand out image in this category. It is a fun, layered, quirky image that is successful in several ways. Waiting for the individual moments and body language for each girl paid off to make a extra sweet frame. Second place was an interesting unusual image of a very standard scene. The kid with the balloon pointing makes it, so good job by the photographer waiting for that extra element to make this photo more successful. It was difficult to find find a third place but we liked the layers, light and emotion in the image so it stayed in the mix.
