Overall a weak category. 1st place is filled with strong photos and tells the story well, though we felt it fits better as a Multiple Picture Feature. 2nd place made us laugh. We wish there was a human element to 3nd place. There were other entries that would have fared better if photographer only entered a single image instead of multiple redundant images.
